When Becoming ANGRY...

Recite the following Dua:

'A-'oo-thu bil-laa-hi mi-nash shay-taa-nir ra-jeem.

Translation: I seek protection in Allah from Shaytaan, the rejected one.

Do the following:

1. Recite Ta'aw-wuth.
2. Drink water.
3. Sit down if standing.
4. Lie down if sitting or alternatively, change one's place.
5. Recite salawaat (durood) upon Rasoolullah (saw).
6. Move away from the person or thing causing the anger.
7. If the anger persists, perform wudhoo, offer two rak'aat salaah and then ponder that anger is fire from Shaytaan.
