Allah's commandment will surely come to pass, so do not seek to hasten it! May He be glorified and may He transcend above the partners they assign to Him!

(The above verse gives a guarantee to those who doubt the culmination of the Hour, make fun of it, repudiate it and taunt the believers with all sorts of derisive remarks that, it being an unchangeable and non-negotiable command of Allah, there is no question of its failing to transpire; transpire it will, and a lot sooner than they think, so let them not be in a hurry for its arrival. When it does come, it will come with a bang, laying an unimaginable devastation in its wake, pounding the mountains into powder, shaking the earth with cataclysmic tremors, uprooting trees, churning the sea up and down with tidal waves, evicting the bowels of volcanoes and raising such havoc that man, powerless as he is to cope even with the day to day occurrences like floods, tornadoes and earthquakes, would have no way of averting them, nowhere to run from them and no place to hide!)
