Wasaawis (Whispers)

1.Rasulullah (SAW) said,

“Certainly Allah Ta’ala has emancipated my Ummah from the whispers of the soul as long as he does not act upon it or speak about it.” (Mishkaat)

 
2.Rasulullah (SAW) said,

“People will continue questioning (discussing) until they will say this is the creation of Allah Ta’ala created by Allah, so who created Allah? If any of you feel this way then he should say, “I believe in Allah and his Rasul (SAW)”. (Bukhari and Muslim)

 
3.Rasulullah (SAW) said,

“Verily Shaitaan flows within (the veins) of mankind like the flowing of blood. (Mishkaat)

 
 Commentary:

 

Shaitaan attempts to mislead a believer in any way possible. This effort of Shaytaan is compared to the manner in which blood, flows in our veins. The effect of Shaytaan can be very similar. In simple words Shaytaan attempts to mislead one till the last breath. If a person experiences wasawis (whispers) from Shaitaan he should recite taawuz and engage in Zikr.
