(The oft repeated content in verse 40 is the everlasting testament to the Omnipotence of Allah Whose mere word is an embodiment of His command, Whose will is binding on His creation with no room for debate nor questioning; nothing can obstruct His will from taking affect; there are no stipulations, no time lags, no contingencies nor hesitation. If He could bring the entire creation into being, - the heavens, the earth, the stars, the planets, the galaxies, the oceans, the flora, the fauna, the known facts about the worlds and the unknown mysteries of the universe, - just by pronouncing the word : 'Be!' is it really that far-fetched for Him to resurrect mankind on the Last Day by pronouncing that very same word one more time?)
