Do you know why I cry

Do you know why I cry?
It is not to lament my pain.
It is not to bereave a love one.
It is not due to the brutalities of life.
It is not because I am in dire straits.
It is not created by this illogical paradigm we call life.
I cry because you are in bondage.
The keys to your freedom are in your hands,
but you have not yet attained this knowledge.
Therefore you will suffer;
Those around you will suffer;
And there is nothing I can do.
